In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to meet client business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis for key Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning to inform solution design and configuration.
  • Implement and Troubleshoot: Implement and troubleshoot key Talent Management modules, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving issues as needed.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools, empowering them to effectively utilize the solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, applying this knowledge to continuously improve solution delivery.

  • Exposure to HR Technology: Familiarity with HR technology solutions, particularly SuccessFactors Talent Management, including its various modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Understanding of Talent Management: Knowledge of Talent Management principles and practices, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and recruitment management, to effectively design and deploy solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Experience working with configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Training and Support: Exposure to delivering training and support to clients on HR technology solutions, specifically SuccessFactors Talent Management tools, to empower them to effectively utilize the solutions.
  • Familiarity with New Releases: Understanding of the importance of staying up-to-date with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules to continuously improve solution delivery.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules like Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
  • Talent Management Module Knowledge: Familiarity with key Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • HR Technology Solution Design: Exposure to designing and deploying HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to meet client business needs.
