Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Organization Change Management, you will excel in pinpointing business challenges and formulating strategic solutions to enhance business performance and value. You will synergize with clients' goals, processes, metrics, and methodologies to drive successful transformations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Transformation Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of novel organizational frameworks, cultures, and transformation strategies, guaranteeing smooth transitions and successful integration. This involves working closely with clients to guide them towards change readiness.
  • Analyze Business Scenarios: Decipher complex business scenarios, employing business analysis and hypothesis testing to identify the most effective solutions. This requires handling ambiguity and intricacy, and exceptional consulting skills.
  • Cultivate Leadership Qualities: Blend AI, behavioral science, and human-focused approaches to cultivate essential leadership qualities, attitudes, and structures, thereby equipping clients to navigate diverse transformations.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, processes, metrics, and methodologies, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver Strategic Solutions: Formulate strategic solutions to enhance business performance and value, leveraging profound business insight and exceptional consulting skills.

The Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Expert is engaged in the design, development, and implementation of strategies that enhance user interaction with digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of technology within organizations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working with digital adoption platforms, including knowledge of their architecture, functionalities, and capabilities
  • Proven experience in the WalkMe platform required
  • Understanding of current trends and best practices in the digital adoption space
  • Prior experience managing agile projects related to digital adoption platforms is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Any recognized certifications related to digital adoption, platform development, or project management would strengthen the candidate's profile
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience, for example, assessing and communicating change impacts, managing organizational readiness, and leading cross functional change initiatives (e.g., communications, training, stakeholder engagement)

Required Skills:

  • WalkMe Builder 1 and 2 certification
  • Ability to build data sets, analyze and derive business insights to inform decisions with expertise in implementing and building digital adoption platforms, 5+years
  • Experience re-engineering business processes to include documentation of the end result and impact, 5 years
  • Experience developing business process documentation, 5+years
  • Experience collaborating on change management functional teams, such as training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness functions, 5 years
  • Ability to operate within structured governance models and work effectively with program management offices, acquisition stakeholders, and operational units, 5+ years
  • United States - Top Secret Tier 5 on Day 1
  • Must be US Citizen
Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Partner DAP Delivery Engineer certification
  • Direct experience working within military command structures, operational units, or headquarters‑level organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership, including preparing clear, concise decision materials and communicating complex change impacts
  • Experience supporting senior‑level engagements, stakeholder forums, governance boards, or command‑level working groups
  • Familiarity with defense culture, mission priorities, chain‑of‑command dynamics, and operational tempo
  • Experience translating technical, policy, or operational changes into mission‑focused guidance for senior leaders and workforce audience.
  • Familiarity with additional digital adoption platforms such as WhatFix, Pendo, and other is beneficial

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
