Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP SCM SD, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP ECC SD solutions to meet business requirements. You will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Sales & Distribution projects, change requests, and issue resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design SAP Solutions: Design SAP ECC SD solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to ensure seamless integration with the existing system landscape.

• Implement Solutions: Implement SAP ECC SD solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects and change requests.

• Maintain Solutions: Maintain SAP ECC SD solutions, providing expert consulting services to resolve issues and ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing system landscape.

• Deliver Expert Services: Provide expert consulting services utilizing business process and industry knowledge to support the successful delivery of SAP Sales & Distribution projects.

Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Solid functional experience providing L2 / AMS production support for SAP S/4HANA environments, including incident management, SLA compliance, and operational stability.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes such as sales order processing, pricing, delivery, and billing.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in SAP S/4HANA productive systems, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Functional knowledge and support experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including export/import compliance, embargo screening, and customs management.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver fixes, enhancements, configuration updates, and continuous improvement of SAP applications.
Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Industry Knowledge: Exposure to utilizing industry knowledge to support the successful delivery of SAP Sales & Distribution projects and provide expert consulting services.

• SAP System Landscape: Exposure to ensuring seamless integration of SAP ECC SD solutions with existing system landscapes, including working closely with business stakeholders.

• Experience supporting Integrated Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) processes and integrations with clinical systems within SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of HL7 or FHIR integration standards for clinical and healthcare system interfaces.

• Exposure to or functional understanding of cross SAP modules, particularly SAP Materials Management (MM), and their integration with SD processes.
