In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Application Architect mit Spezialisierung auf SAP HANA Development übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich SAP HANA Application Architecture, Suite on HANA-Migrationen und S/4HANA-Migrationen mit dem Custom Development Migration Worklist Tool. Du agierst als Trusted Advisor und führst das Team durch S/4HANA- und Suite on HANA-Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekte – speziell in sicherheitskritischen Defence-Umgebungen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

- Du leitest Projekte im Bereich SAP HANA Application Architecture, Suite on HANA-Migrationen und S/4HANA-Migrationen unter Einsatz des Custom Development Migration Worklist Tools.
- Du entwickelst eine optimale Code Pushdown-Strategie, vergleichst Techniken und empfiehlst die besten Optimierungswerkzeuge.
- Du berätst und führst das Team als Trusted Advisor in S/4HANA- und Suite on HANA-Projekten und bringst fundierte Expertise in S/4HANA-Architektur und Fiori-Konfiguration ein.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und optimierst HANA-Code mit fortgeschrittenen Techniken wie Advanced Open SQL, AMDP, HANA Native SQL und HANA SQLScript.
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und nutzt HANA Studio zusammen mit den ABAP Development Tools und beherrschst die HANA Administration Console, HANA Development sowie HANA Modeling Tools.

Required technical and professional expertise

Du hast Erfahrung im Management von SAP HANA-Projekten mit Fokus auf Application Architecture, Suite on HANA-Migrationen und S/4HANA-Migrationen unter Einsatz des Custom Development Migration Worklist Tools – idealerweise im Defence-Umfeld.
Du entwickelst Code Pushdown-Strategien, indem du verschiedene Techniken vergleichst und optimale Tools zur Optimierung empfiehlst.
Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in S/4HANA-Architektur und Fiori-Konfiguration mit und setzt diese gezielt nach den Business-Anforderungen des Kunden ein.
Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und wendest fortgeschrittene HANA-Code-Push-Techniken an, darunter Advanced Open SQL, AMDP, HANA Native SQL und HANA SQLScript.

Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und fließend Englisch.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit HANA Modeling Tools und wendest fortgeschrittene Datenmodellierungs-Konzepte an, um HANA-Code zu optimieren – idealerweise in Defence-Projekten.
Du bringst Erfahrung mit dem Custom Development Migration Worklist Tool mit und migrierst erfolgreich Custom Developments nach S/4HANA.
Du hast Expertise in der Fiori-Konfiguration und gestaltest sowie implementierst Fiori-basierte Benutzeroberflächen für S/4HANA-Anwendungen.
