Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: Analyze the technical and functional aspects of clients' IT application portfolios to identify areas for improvement and potential business challenges. This involves assessing the current state of their IT service delivery processes, SLAs, and KPIs to inform recommendations for alignment with business objectives.

• Formulate Hypotheses and Test Conclusions: Apply analytical skills to develop hypotheses regarding clients' business issues and test these conclusions through data analysis and other means to validate findings and inform solution development.

• Align Business Objectives and IT Processes: Work with clients to align their business objectives with IT processes and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for the client, ensuring that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Analyze Business Issues: Use IT service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools to analyze clients' business issues, identifying opportunities for improvement and potential solutions to address these challenges.

• IT Service Delivery Processes: Exposure to IT service delivery processes, including the evaluation of technical and functional aspects of IT application portfolios, to identify areas for improvement and potential business challenges.

• Analytical Skills: Experience working with analytical tools and techniques to develop hypotheses regarding business issues and test conclusions through data analysis and other means.

• IT Service Measurements: Familiarity with IT service measurements, including SLAs and KPIs, to assess the current state of IT service delivery processes and inform recommendations for alignment with business objectives.

• Business Objective Alignment: Exposure to aligning business objectives with IT processes and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for clients, ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery.

• Associated Tools: Experience working with tools associated with IT service delivery processes, SLAs, and KPIs to analyze business issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• IT Service Management Tools: Exposure to tools associated with IT service delivery processes, such as service desk software, incident management tools, and problem management platforms, to analyze business issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Data Analysis Techniques: Experience working with data analysis techniques, including data visualization and statistical analysis, to develop hypotheses regarding business issues and test conclusions through data analysis and other means.

• ITIL Framework: Familiarity with the ITIL framework, including its application to IT service delivery processes, to assess the current state of IT service delivery processes and inform recommendations for alignment with business objectives.
