As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Tailored Solutions: Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging the platform's extensive offerings and your deep understanding of its capabilities. • Execute System Testing: Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption. • Lead Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and develop effective solutions, providing guidance throughout the entire process. • Implement Methodologies: Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle and high-quality deliverables. • Deliver Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enable clients to effectively utilize the implemented Salesforce solutions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
•Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
•Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges and address them with solution architecture.
•Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.
• Deep Salesforce Platform Understanding: Possess a thorough comprehension of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices for designing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. • Extensive Methodology Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle and high-quality deliverables. • Business Analysis and Solution Development: Have experience in analyzing business needs and developing tailored solutions to address unique challenges, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings. • System Testing and Quality Assurance: Possess experience in conducting thorough system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption. • Client Engagement and Guidance: Have experience guiding clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, providing effective solutions and support throughout the engagement. Expert in Salesforce Sales, Service and marketing cloud. Experience of working with Indian clients is must. Salesforce agent force knowledge will be an added advantage
• LWC Integration Expertise: Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience, enabling seamless integration with other systems and applications. • Multi-Methodology Proficiency: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in managing projects and delivering high-quality results. • Salesforce Solution Development: Deep understanding of Salesforce's extensive offerings, enabling the development of tailored solutions to address unique business challenges and meet client needs.
