Your role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator: Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through administrative processes. You will work cross-functionally with various talent acquisition stakeholders on multiple administrative aspects of the hiring process. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Maintain Administrative Processes: Perform administrative tasks that support the hiring process, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of various tasks. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Support cross-functional collaboration with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the hiring process. • Enable Candidate Experience: Execute administrative tasks that contribute to a positive candidate experience, including coordinating logistics and providing support as needed. • Support Hiring Process: Deliver administrative support for various aspects of the hiring process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
