Introduction

As a Talent Marketing Specialist on IBM’s Global Talent Marketing and Employer Brand team, you’ll manage the overarching strategic and tactical talent marketing and employer branding strategy and execution for our most critical markets. You will combine your marketing and employer brand knowledge to design data-driven solutions that help us attract quality talent at speed. You’ll be supported by a team of strategic marketing and brand gurus, who lean into collaboration, and empower independent thinking and decision-making while serving as a strategic partners willing to ideate, execute and deliver by your side.

Your role and responsibilities

This role combines strategic employer branding with high-impact talent attraction execution, continuously embedding innovative ideas to elevate how candidates experience the IBM employer brand. You will contribute to strategy development while driving tactical execution across priority hiring markets.

The role primarily supports hiring across the Americas, with opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Strong knowledge of the Americas hiring market and its nuances.
  • Strong presentation building skills, with heavy focus on Executive Summary presentations that center on clarity, brevity and impact
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven talent marketing strategies aligned to recruiting funnel performance.
  • Excellent presentation delivery skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong experience executing data-driven marketing solutions that helps to attract high-quality talent
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver creative solutions quickly and effectively
  • Experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing campaign design and execution.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Video editing skills, email marketing skills, end-to-end project management skills
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Attraction and Marketing industry; has built or supported attraction programs at large/complex companies previously.
  • Solid understanding of how to attract and convert candidates.
  • Solid experience and a clear understanding of local nuances for early professional and professional hiring attraction
