In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist specializing in PeopleSoft HR, you will assist clients with the implementation, configuration, testing, and production support of PeopleSoft HR modules. Your role involves integrating the chosen solution into the client's business environment to achieve optimal results. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Solution Configuration: Assist clients with implementing and configuring PeopleSoft HR modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, and Payroll, to meet their specific business requirements. • Conduct Product Demos: Perform product demonstrations to ensure the application meets client-specific requirements and delivers the expected business outcomes. • Test Application: Test the application to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring it functions as intended and meets client needs. • Lead Process Implementation: Apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and expertise in packaged solutions to lead process implementation, product configuration, functional design, and customization. • Deliver Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions that integrate the chosen solution into their business environment, achieving optimal results.

Skills:

  • At least 2 year’s experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technical background
  • Strong SQL and SQR Experience in PeopleSoft HCM
  • Support Shift work and on call support work
  • Federal Government Security Clearance is required for this role

  • Experience on PeopleSoft applications (v9.0 or above) using People Tools v8.49 or greater Application Designer
