Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Record to Report, you will manage and oversee daily transactions related to the financial record-keeping process. You will ensure timely and reliable financial data delivery, enabling informed decision-making for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Financial Transactions: Collect, process, and deliver accurate financial information, ensuring compliance with financial controls and procedures.

• Analyze Financial Data: Extract and analyze financial data to support key performance indicators and budget reconciliation.

• Maintain Financial Records: Oversee daily transactions related to financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.

• Support Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate financial information to support financial reporting, enabling informed decision-making for clients.

• Perform Reconciliation: Reconcile budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial controls.

• Data Extraction Techniques: Exposure to extracting financial data from various sources to support financial analysis and reporting.

• Financial Transaction Management: Experience working with financial transactions, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information.

• Accounting Principles: Exposure to accounting principles and practices, including financial controls and procedures.

• Financial Analysis Tools: Experience working with tools and techniques used for financial data analysis, including budget reconciliation and forecasting.

• Financial Reporting Requirements: Exposure to financial reporting requirements, including delivering accurate financial information to support informed decision-making.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Fixed Assets Management: Exposure to managing and maintaining fixed assets, including tracking and recording asset movements and disposals. • Financial Forecasting Tools: Experience working with tools and techniques used for financial forecasting, including analyzing trends and predicting future financial outcomes. • Key Performance Indicators: Exposure to developing and tracking key performance indicators to measure financial performance and inform decision-making.
