As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Payroll, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, specifically Employee Central Payroll functions such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, to meet client needs and enable business capabilities.
• Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Configure and Implement: Configure and implement Employee Central Payroll functions, including internal and external ECP integrations. • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition.

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) is required, including knowledge of key functions such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
• SAP Payroll Module Knowledge: Experience in SAP Payroll Module is necessary, including understanding of internal and external ECP integrations.
. SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience: Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is required, with a focus on designing and deploying HR technology solutions.
• Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Experience with requirements analysis and solution design for Employee Central Payroll functions is necessary, including developing solutions to meet client needs.
• Implementation and Troubleshooting: Experience with configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Employee Central Payroll functions, including internal and external ECP integrations, is required.
• SAP Payroll Module Integration: Experience with integrating SAP Payroll Module with Employee Central Payroll, including internal and external ECP integrations, is beneficial for this role.
• Advanced ECP Configuration: Knowledge of advanced ECP configuration options, including wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, is preferred.
• Cross-Module Expertise: Experience working with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Payroll, is advantageous for this position.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
