In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Trabalhar em projetos que utilizem o Service Cloud, incluindo configuração e operação de Case, SLA e Omnichannel.
  • Utilizar componentes do Omnistudio, como Omniscript, DataRaptor e Integration Procedure, aplicando boas práticas de modelagem e desempenho.
  • Configurar e ajustar funcionalidades nativas do Salesforce, incluindo Perfis, Papéis, Flows, Processos de Aprovação, Regras de Escalonamento e Layouts.
  • Realizar análise de requisitos funcionais, com ou sem integrações, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções eficazes na plataforma.
  • Conduzir atividades de Software Design, garantindo aderência a padrões técnicos e funcionais.
  • Atuar dentro de metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento, colaborando nas cerimônias e apoiando o progresso das entregas.
  • Preparar documentação funcional e técnica, garantindo clareza, rastreabilidade e alinhamento com o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software.

Consultor(a) Salesforce com experiência sólida em:

  • Service Cloud (Case, SLA e Omnichannel).
  • Conhecimentos de Industries Cloud (preferência Energy & Utilities);
  • Conhecimentos básicos de Omniscript, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure;
  • Conhecimento de configurações de Salesforce (Perfil, Papel, Flow, Processo de aprovação, Escalonamento, Layouts);
  • Conhecimento de integrações a nível funcional;
  • Análise de Requisitos com/sem integração;
  • Design de Software;
  • Práticas de Desenvolvimento Ágil;
  • Documentação de Software;
  • Ciclo de vida de Software;
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Certificação: Sales Cloud ou Service Cloud
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Certificação: Business Analyst e Omnistudio Consultant.
