As a Brand Sales Specialist for TLS E&S Field Sales, you will create demand and progress opportunities to close for Technology Lifecycle Services. This role involves driving sales efforts for various IBM services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor hardware and Software.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Demand Opportunities: Create demand for Technology Lifecycle Services, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and progressing existing ones to close.
• Progress Sales Opportunities: Drive sales efforts for IBM services including multivendor , IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor products , to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
• Manage Sales Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Identify New Business: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, expanding the sales pipeline and driving growth.
• Deliver Sales Results: Meet or exceed sales targets, delivering results that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Technology Lifecycle Services Knowledge: Experience with Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor support for OEM hardware and Software, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities particularly in Govt /PSU
• Sales Efforts Expertise: Experience in driving sales efforts for various IBM services, with a focus on meeting sales targets and growing revenue through tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Business Development Skills: Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them, expanding the sales pipeline and driving growth.
• Sales Performance Delivery: Experience in delivering sales results that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in Govt /PSU for OEM hardware software and services . In depth understanding and knowledge of RFP bidding process and contract terms understanding. Outstanding relationship in govt vertical segment /accounts with testimony of year on year quota attainment .
• Technology Lifecycle Services Acumen: Experience with Technology Lifecycle Services, including IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, IBM Z Expert Care, and Support Services for Multivendor Software, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Multivendor Software Support Knowledge: Familiarity with Support Services for Multivendor hardware and Software, enabling the development of effective sales strategies and solutions that cater to diverse client requirements.
• IBM Systems Infrastructure Expertise: Understanding of IBM Systems Infrastructure Services, allowing for the creation of targeted sales efforts and solutions that address specific client needs and drive revenue growth.
