Your role and responsibilities

The role will include performance optimization where you will be responsible for advancing the product roadmap by using your expertise in UI performance, performance characterization, performance optimization in Cloud.

• Use various Performance management tools for analysis and automation, competitive study and analysis.
• Work closely with team members to design and develop performance testing tools and platforms.
• Participate in design & architecture, performance defects related discussions with development teams
• Develop acceptable performance test reporting and process tools preferably open-source/home grown

Required technical and professional expertise

The areas of work will be on characterization, analysis and fine-tuning Virtualization and cloud management software to help deliver optimal performance.

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Performance Analyst
• Node js
• Graphql
• Mongodb
• Apollo server
• any of the UI performance tools ( Jmeter with selenium, selenium, python with selenium )
• Python, shell scripting
• automation , REST and JSON test scripts development

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Good knowledge on Computer system architecture ,system HW , Operating System
• Linux system skills
• Knowledge of IBM PowerVM Virtualization
• Good problem solving, strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of Performance test execution, analysis, Tuning, Optimization for Cloud management software stack
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture, deployment models and services (IaaS,PaaS)
• Familiar with virtualization technologies, including hypervisors virtual machine management, and resource optimization.
• Familiar with server performance management and capacity planning
• Familiar with performance diagnostic methods and techniques
