Your role and responsibilities

Como Customer Success Engineer, diseñarás soluciones reales de Inteligencia Artificial para clientes. Trabajarás en equipo para impulsar la adopción y expansión de productos de IBM y acelerar la obtención de valor.

Responsabilidades principales:

*Demostrar valor técnico: Crear y hacer demostraciones, POCs, talleres y MVPs que evidencien el valor de las soluciones de IBM.

*Impulsar valor para el cliente: Activar el uso de las soluciones, realizando workshops de casos de uso y definiendo resultados de negocio medibles.

*Desarrollar planes de éxito: Definir hojas de ruta de despliegue, hitos y objetivos junto con los stakeholders del cliente para asegurar adopción y crecimiento.

*Entender los retos del cliente: Comprender a fondo los desafíos del cliente y actuar como asesor de confianza en su proceso de modernización y adopción de la tecnología de IBM.

Se valorará tener conocimientos en las siguientes áreas:

*Fundamentos de IA y Machine Learning: Conocimiento de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), modelos de embeddings, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) y técnicas de prompting.

*Agentes de IA: Experiencia con frameworks y arquitecturas de agentes (planificación, herramientas, memoria, orquestación) y plataformas para construir soluciones basadas en agentes.

*Arquitecturas de soluciones de IA: Capacidad para diseñar soluciones end-to-end que integren modelos, bases de datos vectoriales, APIs, pipelines de datos y aplicaciones empresariales.

*Gobierno de la IA: Conocimiento de principios de AI governance, incluyendo explicabilidad, control de sesgos, trazabilidad, seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento normativo.

*MLOps y LLMOps: Experiencia en despliegue, monitorización, evaluación y mejora continua de modelos en entornos productivos.

*Integración con sistemas empresariales: Uso de APIs, microservicios y herramientas de integración para conectar soluciones de IA con plataformas y datos de la empresa.

*Datos y bases de datos vectoriales: Conocimiento de gestión de datos, indexación semántica y uso de bases de datos vectoriales para aplicaciones de IA generativa.

*Cloud y entornos híbridos: Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud y despliegues híbridos para soluciones de IA empresariales

*Agentes de IA (Agentic AI): watsonx.ai, LangChain o Langflow.

*Arquitecturas de soluciones de IA: Watsonx.Data, Databricks o Snowflake.

*Gobierno y Responsible AI: watsonx.governance, Azure AI Content Safety, o OneTrust.

*MLOps y LLMOps: Watsonx.ai, MLflow o Kubeflow.

*Datos y bases de datos vectoriales: watsonx.data, Pinecone o Datastax.

*Cloud e infraestructura híbrida: IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, o Azure.
