As a Student/Intern: Generalist, you will be employed by IBM as part of your academic program or during university breaks. This role is designed for students who are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing their education. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assist with projects: You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company's operations and goals. • Learn from professionals: You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insight into their roles and responsibilities. This will help you build your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. • Support teams: You will assist teams with various tasks and projects, developing your teamwork and communication skills. This will give you a chance to collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the team.
• Academic Program Enrollment: Currently enrolled at a university or educational institution, or recently completed qualification. • Basic Understanding of Business Operations: Familiarity with general business concepts and principles, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge. • Exposure to Teamwork: Basic understanding of teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to develop these skills in a professional setting. • Interest in Professional Development: Desire to gain hands-on experience and build skills in a real-world setting, with a focus on personal and professional growth. • Curiosity about Industry Trends: Interest in learning about industry trends and developments, with a willingness to explore and learn from experienced professionals.
Backfill for Wenceslao López (INTERN), who will be converted to IBM effective March 2, 2026, to take on the role of Client & Partner Engagement Leader at the IBM Innovation Studio in Mexico City.
This INTERN will be responsible for supporting content consolidation, branding, and promotional activities for the Innovation Studio in Mexico City, with the primary objective of strengthening its positioning within the Mexico region and the Latin America market. He/She will be accountable for the Quality Assurance of Engagement requirements submitted through the BrS Tool.
Additionally, he/she will be responsible for supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing our clients’ experiences and maximizing the use of available resources (Activations, Showcases, Client Journeys, among others).
