As a Process Delivery Specialist: Record to Report, you will manage and oversee daily transactions related to the financial record-keeping process. You will ensure timely and reliable financial data delivery, enabling informed decision-making for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee and process daily transactions, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information. This involves ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support financial reporting and decision-making. • Analyze Financial Data: Extract and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. This includes reconciling budgets, forecasting, and performing financial controls. • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fixed assets management and financial reporting. This involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Deliver Financial Insights: Provide timely and reliable financial data to enable informed decision-making for clients. This involves understanding key performance indicators and communicating financial results effectively.
Manage and control Fixed Assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
Prepare and post accurate Journal Entries in accordance with accounting policies and month-end timelines.
Perform account reconciliations (balance sheet and P&L), ensuring completeness and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support month-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met and data integrity is maintained.
Oversee and validate transactional accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Required QualificationsExperience in Fixed Assets accounting.
Strong experience preparing and posting Journal Entries.
Proven experience performing account reconciliations.
Experience supporting or executing month-end close processes.
Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level.
English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
Experience in transactional accounting environments.
