Your role and responsibilities

As a Strategy Consultant: Enterprise Strategy, you play a crucial role in partnering with CEO and other C-Suite executives to create, visualize, and achieve strategies that enable innovation, growth, and modern business reinvention.

This role requires expertise in various areas, including digital growth strategy, business model innovation, and emerging tech strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Strategic Insights: Leverage hypothesis-driven thinking and strategic analysis to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. This involves analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations for senior executives.

• Drive Business Model Innovation: Collaborate with clients to design and implement innovative business models that drive growth and profitability. This requires expertise in emerging technologies, digital pricing strategies, and data monetization.

• Enable Digital Growth: Partner with clients to develop and execute digital growth strategies that drive business outcomes. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations for digital transformation.

• Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic guidance to senior executives on issues related to AI strategy, value creation, and business reinvention. This requires expertise in AI strategy and value creation, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

• Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives. This involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Digital Growth Strategy Expertise: Experience with developing and executing digital growth strategies that drive business outcomes, including analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Business Model Innovation: Experience in designing and implementing innovative business models that drive growth and profitability, leveraging expertise in emerging technologies and digital pricing strategies.

• Strategic Analysis and Insights: Experience with hypothesis-driven thinking and strategic analysis to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.

• AI Strategy and Value Creation: Experience with developing and implementing AI strategies that drive business value, including expertise in AI strategy and value creation.

• Emerging Tech Strategy: Experience with emerging technologies and their application in driving business growth and innovation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Data Monetization Expertise: Experience with data monetization strategies and their application in driving business growth and innovation. This includes analyzing data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and developing recommendations for data-driven business models.

• Product and Digital Pricing Strategy: Experience with product and digital pricing strategies that drive business outcomes, including analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. This involves developing and executing pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with customer needs.

• Business Reinvention Expertise: Experience with business reinvention strategies that leverage emerging technologies and digital growth strategies to drive innovation and growth. This includes analyzing complex business problems and developing recommendations for business model innovation.
