Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Salesforce, you will configure and administer the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to ensure seamless workflow and integration with enterprise applications. Your proficiency in Salesforce development and maintenance will enable you to handle various aspects of the platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Configure and Administer Salesforce Platform: Configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This includes writing Apex code, creating Visual Force pages, and utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Develop and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement solutions using the Eclipse/Force.com IDE and the Data Loader Tool, applying a solid understanding of CRM principles to deliver high-quality results.

• Integrate with Enterprise Applications: Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow efficiency.

• Maintain and Optimize Salesforce: Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall performance and user experience.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Salesforce Platform Configuration: Experience with configuring and administering the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, including writing Apex code, creating Visual Force pages, and utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Proficiency in CRM Systems: Experience with CRM principles and practices, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality results and ensure a smooth workflow. A solid understanding of CRM systems is beneficial for success in this role.

• Advanced Salesforce Skills: Experience with advanced Salesforce features and functionality, including Apex code, Visual Force pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), is advantageous for configuring and administering the platform.

• Enterprise Application Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow efficiency, is a valuable asset for this position.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
