Your role and responsibilities

Role Profile

The role of the Business Sales & Delivery Leader is to build strategic partnerships for long-term client success. As a member of the market's senior leadership team, you will report to the Regional VP of the market. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the market's overall client expansion plan. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of clients of over $5M in revenue. To be successful, you must be able to establish trust, confidence and partnership - for the purpose of identification and capture of new business and technical opportunities. You must also be proficient in understanding and documenting client expectations to ensure attainment, identify risks and develop/implement remediation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Nurturing deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Client Retention: Ensuring that clients remain satisfied and continue to see value in our partnership over time
  • Strategic Guidance: Offering strategic insights, ensuring that our solutions align with the client's long-term business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and meet the evolving needs of the client

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
