Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant in Manufacturing, you will guide clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation. You will utilize your expertise in core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data and formulate solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyze Client Data: Utilize core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations.

• Implement Industry 4.0 Strategies: Guide clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation.

• Stay Updated on Emerging Technologies: Remain current on the latest AI, IoT, and Watson assets and solutions, ensuring successful application and integration of these emerging technologies in manufacturing operations.

• Deliver Digital Solutions: Focus on delivering cloud-based digital floor solutions, machine learning, and data-driven insights to improve throughput, yield, and production process optimization.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Industry 4.0 Strategies: Familiarity with guiding clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation.

• Core Consulting Skills: Experience working with core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations.

• Emerging Technologies Knowledge: Exposure to the latest AI, IoT, and Watson assets and solutions, with an understanding of their successful application and integration in manufacturing operations.

• Digital Solution Delivery: Experience with delivering cloud-based digital floor solutions, machine learning, and data-driven insights to improve throughput, yield, and production process optimization.

• Data Analysis: Exposure to analyzing client data to formulate hypotheses and test conclusions, utilizing industry-specific knowledge to determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to utilizing advanced data analysis tools and methodologies to drive insights and inform business decisions in manufacturing operations.

• Cloud-Based Solution Development: Experience working with cloud-based technologies to develop and deliver digital floor solutions that improve throughput, yield, and production process optimization.

• Machine Learning Applications: Exposure to applying machine learning concepts and techniques to drive business outcomes in manufacturing, including predictive maintenance and quality control.
