As a Business Development Leader for Consulting Services, you will promote a growth mindset and drive the origination and progression of transformational value propositions with strategic clients. You will engage in C-suite-level conversations, operating collaboratively within IBM Consulting, other IBM units, and with key alliance partners to shape differentiated and innovative value propositions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Drive Transformational Value Propositions: Develop and progress innovative solutions that span the breadth of our capabilities, resulting in significant business impact for our clients.
• Engage in C-Suite Conversations: Foster strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to deliver high-value solutions.
• Collaborate Across Units: Work closely with IBM Consulting, other IBM units, and key alliance partners to shape and deliver differentiated value propositions.
• Shape Client Solutions: Design and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our strategic clients, leveraging our full range of capabilities.
• Progress Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving growth and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Deep Expertise in Transformational Value Propositions: Proven ability to develop and progress innovative solutions that drive significant business impact for clients, leveraging a broad range of capabilities.
• Experience with C-Suite Engagement: Established track record of fostering strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver high-value solutions.
• Cross-Unit Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively within a consulting organization, with other business units, and with key alliance partners to shape and deliver differentiated value propositions.
• Solution Design and Development: Deep understanding of how to design and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of strategic clients, leveraging a full range of capabilities.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving growth and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Alliance Partnership Knowledge: Experience with key alliance partners, shaping and delivering differentiated value propositions that leverage a broad range of capabilities.
• Industry Insights: Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, enabling the development of innovative solutions that drive significant business impact for clients.
• Digital Transformation Acumen: Experience driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to deliver high-value solutions that meet the unique needs of strategic clients.
