Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Definir e evoluir a arquitetura de dados e inteligência artificial, assegurando a integração eficiente entre Salesforce, serviços da stack Microsoft (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform) e demais sistemas corporativos.
Guiar engenheiros, analistas e cientistas de dados na modelagem de dados, construção de pipelines, implementação de padrões de governança e práticas de MLOps alinhadas às melhores práticas de mercado.
Desenhar e suportar soluções de IA preditiva e generativa, incluindo modelos para esclarecimento de dúvidas, recomendações inteligentes, sumarização de informações e automações operacionais.
Estabelecer padrões técnicos e boas práticas, garantindo segurança, qualidade dos dados, escalabilidade e aderência às diretrizes corporativas de arquitetura e compliance.
Atuar como referência técnica em decisões de design, seleção de tecnologias, estratégia de dados e viabilidade de soluções analíticas e de IA.
Conduzir avaliações de performance, custo e resiliência das soluções implantadas, promovendo otimizações contínuas.
Assegurar integração e interoperabilidade entre os componentes da arquitetura, mantendo visão sistêmica e foco em eficiência, governança e confiabilidade.

Required technical and professional expertise

Experiência atuando com arquitetura de dados, engenharia de dados ou soluções de IA.
Domínio das soluções Salesforce, incluindo:Data Cloud, Einstein / Einstein 1 Platform,CRM Analytics e Agentforce
Experiência com a stack de dados e IA da Microsoft, incluindo: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics,Azure Machine Learning, e Azure OpenAI
Vivência com Databricks para engenharia, análise e MLOps.
Sólidos conhecimentos em Python e SQL.
Experiência em construção e consumo de APIs (REST/GraphQL).
Atuação prática com MLOps, especialmente MLflow (tracking, model registry, deployment).
Familiaridade com técnicas de IA generativa, como embeddings, RAG, vetorização e orquestração de LLMs.
Uso de ferramentas de colaboração e gestão: Jira e Confluence.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Certificações em Salesforce (ex.: Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, Einstein, CRM Analytics) ou em arquitetura/engenharia de dados.
Certificações Microsoft Azure, como: Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer ou Azure Data Scientist.
