Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products. This role specializes in delivering expert services within IBM’s Data Platform, focusing on AI/MLOps and governance solutions such as OpenPages, watsonx.governance, watsonx.ai, watsonx.orchestrate, and watsonx.data.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Client Engagements: Manage and deliver client-facing projects, providing expert guidance on optimizing AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, and adoption to drive measurable business value.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define outcomes, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and usage of AI/MLOps products.

• Develop Solution Strategies: Design and develop end-to-end solution approaches leveraging AI/MLOps best practices, including model lifecycle considerations, governance requirements, and operational readiness.

• Deliver Expert Services: Provide expert-level services, including analysis and optimization of AI/MLOps product usage, to help clients achieve their business objectives.

• Optimize Product Configuration: Oversee and guide the configuration and deployment of AI/MLOps products to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Build and Orchestrate Agentic AI with watsonx.orchestrate: Design, implement, and operationalize Agentic AI solutions using watsonx.orchestrate, including:

translating business processes into agent workflows (multi-step task planning and execution),

integrating agents with enterprise systems and data sources through approved interfaces,

defining agentic patterns, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls where appropriate,

validating performance, reliability, and adoption outcomes, and

partnering with stakeholders to ensure the agent solutions align with governance and operational standards.

• Enable Adoption of AI Assistants: Support clients in adopting IBM’s AI assistants—including watsonx Orchestrate—by establishing delivery prerequisites, usage playbooks, and success measures to accelerate time-to-value.

• AI/MLOps Product Expertise: Experience with AI/MLOps products, including OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, watsonx.orchestrate, and watsonx.data, with the ability to optimize their configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.

• Solution Development Skills: Experience in designing and developing comprehensive solutions to meet client needs, leveraging expertise in AI/MLOps products and methodologies.

• Technical Delivery Experience: Experience in managing and delivering client-facing projects, providing expert guidance on optimizing AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, and adoption to drive business value.

• Client Collaboration: Experience working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and usage of AI/MLOps products.

• Technical Optimization Skills: Experience in analyzing and optimizing AI/MLOps product usage to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional AI/MLOps Product Knowledge: Experience with other AI/MLOps products and technologies, complementing OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, watsonx.orchestrate, and watsonx.data, to further enhance solution development and delivery capabilities.

• Advanced Solution Development: Experience in designing and developing innovative solutions, leveraging expertise in AI/MLOps products and methodologies, to address complex client needs and drive business value. • Industry-Specific Expertise: Experience working with clients in specific industries, such as finance or healthcare, to develop tailored AI/MLOps solutions that meet unique industry requirements and challenges.

• Fluency in English is preferred.
