Your role and responsibilities

As a Resource Deployment Manager specializing in Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's Technology portfolio, you will cover products and solutions across the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure. This role involves working with various IBM Software Platforms and Infrastructure product portfolios. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Technology Expert Labs Services: Provide specialized services for IBM's Technology portfolio, covering products and solutions across IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure. • Manage Resource Deployment: Oversee the deployment of resources for IBM Technology Expert Labs services, ensuring effective delivery of solutions across the IBM Technology Portfolio. • Support IBM Software Platforms: Work with IBM's four Software Platforms, including the Data Platform, Automation Platform, Transaction Processing Platform, and Hybrid Cloud Platform. • Collaborate on Infrastructure Products: Collaborate on IBM's Infrastructure product portfolios, including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW. • Implement Solutions: Apply knowledge of IBM Technology Portfolio to implement solutions that meet client needs.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to IBM Software Platforms: Familiarity with one or more of IBM's four Software Platforms, including the Data Platform, Automation Platform, Transaction Processing Platform, and Hybrid Cloud Platform, with knowledge of corresponding products such as DataStage, Concert, IntelliMagic, or Granite 3.0. • Experience working with IBM Infrastructure: Understanding of IBM's Infrastructure product portfolios, including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW, with exposure to products like Power10, Storage Scale, Hyper Protect Virtual Servers, or z16. • Technology Portfolio Knowledge: Basic understanding of the IBM Technology Portfolio, including both IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, with ability to learn and apply knowledge to deliver Technology Expert Labs services. • Resource Deployment Exposure: Experience working with resource deployment processes, with ability to oversee deployment of resources for IBM Technology Expert Labs services. • Solution Implementation Skills: Ability to apply knowledge of IBM Technology Portfolio to implement solutions that meet client needs, with exposure to implementing solutions across various IBM Software Platforms and Infrastructure product portfolios.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• IBM Software Platforms Knowledge: Exposure to one or more of IBM's four Software Platforms, including the Data Platform, Automation Platform, Transaction Processing Platform, and Hybrid Cloud Platform, with knowledge of corresponding products. • IBM Infrastructure Familiarity: Understanding of IBM's Infrastructure product portfolios, including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW, with exposure to products like Power10, Storage Scale, or z16. • Technology Portfolio Understanding: Basic understanding of the IBM Technology Portfolio, including both IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, with ability to learn and apply knowledge to deliver Technology Expert Labs services.
