In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
PMO (Project Management Office)
Apoya la gestión y coordinación de proyectos, colaborando en el seguimiento de actividades, documentación y aplicación de metodologías básicas de gestión. Funciones principales:
• Dar seguimiento al avance y hitos de proyectos.
• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y documentación.
• Colaborar en la identificación de riesgos y issues.
• Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos.
• Aprender metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
PMA (Project Management Assistant)
Apoya la gestión financiera de proyectos, colaborando en el control de costos, seguimiento presupuestal y registro de información financiera. Funciones principales:
• Registrar y dar seguimiento a gastos y presupuestos.
• Apoyar en reportes financieros del proyecto.
• Verificar documentación de costos y soportes.
• Colaborar en análisis básico de variaciones financieras.
• Aprender conceptos de control financiero y gestión presupuestal.
CMO (Change Management Office)
Apoya las actividades de gestión del cambio, colaborando en comunicación, capacitación y análisis de impacto para facilitar la adopción de nuevas prácticas o tecnologías. Funciones principales:
• Documentar impactos y actividades del cambio.
• Colaborar en materiales de comunicación y capacitación.
• Dar seguimiento al plan de cambio.
• Coordinar con equipos para apoyar la adopción.
• Aprender principios y metodologías de gestión del cambio.
BA (Business Analyst)
Apoya el análisis y documentación de procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y colaborando con los equipos en la comprensión de requerimientos. Funciones principales:
• Levantar y documentar procesos actuales.
• Colaborar en el análisis de brechas y mejoras.
• Apoyar en la definición de requerimientos funcionales básicos.
• Mapear flujos de procesos con herramientas simples.
• Aprender metodologías de análisis de procesos.
• Exposure to Business Strategy: Familiarity with concepts related to refining current business strategies or developing new ones in response to competitive and market forces. • Basic Understanding of Performance Analysis: Interest in analyzing data to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement. • Interest in Business Transformation: Curiosity about methodologies and tools used to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance. • Awareness of Best Practices: Exposure to industry trends and best practices in business transformation. • Familiarity with Client Engagement: Basic understanding of working with clients and project teams to deliver business transformation solutions.
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. You will identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assist with Strategy Development: Observe and learn from senior consultants as they refine clients' current business strategies or develop new ones in response to competitive and market forces. • Identify Performance Gaps: Explore and analyze data to identify client performance gaps and areas for improvement, using tools to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance. • Support Transformation Recommendations: Contribute to the development of comprehensive transformation recommendations, learning from experienced consultants as they design and implement solutions. • Learn Best Practices: Engage with clients and colleagues to understand best practices and industry trends, expanding your knowledge of business transformation methodologies. • Participate in Client Engagement: Engage with clients and project teams to understand their needs and support the delivery of business transformation solutions.
