As a Process Delivery Specialist in Core Banking Operations, you will manage and optimize various banking processes to drive operational improvements and ensure compliance with risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. You will utilize your knowledge of industry best practices and tools to streamline processes, improve workflows, and standardize documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Banking Processes: Manage and optimize various banking processes, including loans and deposits, payments, cards, and consumer and corporate banking value chain, to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Drive Operational Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and deploy leading-edge solutions to enhance operational performance and productivity. • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. • Deliver Quality Reports: Deliver quality operational reports, providing added value recommendations to stakeholders. • Optimize Workflows: Streamline processes, improve workflows, and standardize documentation to achieve operational excellence.
• Exposure to Banking Operations: Experience working with core banking processes, including loans and deposits, payments, cards, and consumer and corporate banking value chain. • Familiarity with Industry Best Practices: Exposure to industry best practices and tools used to streamline processes, improve workflows, and standardize documentation. • Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Experience working with risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment. • Basic Reporting Skills: Exposure to creating operational reports and providing recommendations to stakeholders. • Process Improvement Knowledge: Experience working with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and productivity.
• Familiarity with Banking Systems: Exposure to banking software and systems used to manage core banking processes, including loans and deposits, payments, cards, and consumer and corporate banking value chain. • Knowledge of Lean Principles: Exposure to lean principles and methodologies used to streamline processes, improve workflows, and standardize documentation. • Understanding of Data Analysis: Exposure to data analysis techniques used to create operational reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
