Introduction
  • Handle and manage enquiries from authorised service centres through internal systems.
  • Validate abnormal or exception-based requests in accordance with approved policies and control requirements.
  • Review, check, and validate information provided in the Invoices together with other supporting documents by applying established checklists, rules, and policies to ensure compliance and enquiries to support operational accuracy.
  • Verify and process Invoices for expenses payment request, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined policies
  • Accurately entering invoice data into the system and allocating expenses to the correct general ledger (GL) accounts and cost center.
  • Routing invoices to the appropriate departments or managers for review and approval.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Support operational continuity and structured knowledge-sharing activities where required.
  • Preparing Desktop Procedures (DTP) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
  • Achieve target as per SLA and KPI

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Native proficiency in Indonesian language (spoken and written) to effectively support Indonesian language service scope clients and authorised service centres.
  • Knowledge in Accounts Payable process
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Query Management including help-desk (Incoming calls as well as outgoing)
  • Strong English language proficiency for internal coordination, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess requests based on defined policies, rules, and criteria.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel communications (systems, chat, and emails) in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage high volume of tasks/accounts and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail with strong capability in validation and verification of transactional data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Understanding of Indonesia business culture and client expectations, supporting effective communication and service quality.
