In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI), you will deliver reporting and business analytics solutions using Workday to clients. This role involves working closely with the project team to design, implement, and support these solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting and BI needs, and then design and implement solutions that meet those needs while also aligning with the client's overall business objectives. • Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for reporting and BI solutions, ensuring that they continue to meet the client's needs and provide value. • Communicate Complex Concepts: Clearly and concisely communicate complex reporting and BI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with Project Team: Work closely with the project team to design, implement, and support reporting and BI solutions. • Meet Client Needs: Ensure that reporting and BI solutions meet client needs and align with their overall business objectives.
• Exposure to Workday Reporting: Familiarity with Workday's reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, including designing and implementing reporting solutions. • Experience Working with BI Tools: Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and experience working with BI tools to deliver business analytics solutions. • Implementation of Reporting Solutions: Exposure to implementing reporting solutions that meet client needs and align with their overall business objectives. • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their reporting and BI needs. • Maintenance of Reporting Solutions: Familiarity with providing ongoing support and maintenance for reporting and BI solutions to ensure they continue to meet client needs.
• Data Analysis Knowledge: Exposure to data analysis concepts and techniques, enabling effective communication with clients about their reporting and BI needs. • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and processes, allowing for alignment of reporting and BI solutions with client business objectives. • Technical Troubleshooting: Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues related to Workday reporting and BI solutions, ensuring seamless support and maintenance.
