Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Planning, you will help clients optimize their supply chain operations to achieve better advantaged pricing, greater efficiency, and improved service levels. This role involves identifying and implementing supply chain improvements, transforming operations, and refining or developing business strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identify Supply Chain Improvements: Analyze existing supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Transform Operations: Work with clients to transform their supply chain operations, from suppliers to the ultimate client, to achieve better advantaged pricing and improved service levels.

• Refine Business Strategies: Collaborate with clients to refine or develop business strategies in targeted areas or across the whole supply chain, driving strategic change and competitive advantage.

• Drive Operational Improvements: Recognize operational improvements across various value chain areas, and implement changes to drive next-generation supply chain operations.

• Implement Supply Chain Solutions: Apply knowledge and expertise to implement supply chain solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Supply Chain Operations: Experience working with supply chain operations, including analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to implement changes.

• Understanding of Business Strategy Development: Exposure to refining or developing business strategies in targeted areas or across the whole supply chain, driving strategic change and competitive advantage.

• Familiarity with Operational Improvement Initiatives: Experience working with initiatives that drive operational improvements across various value chain areas, including implementing changes to drive next-generation supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing supply chain solutions that meet client needs and drive business results, including applying knowledge and expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience with Value Chain Analysis: Experience working with value chain analysis to recognize operational improvements and drive strategic change.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Next-Generation Supply Chain Knowledge: Exposure to next-generation supply chain operations, including recognizing operational improvements across various value chain areas.

• Strategic Change Implementation: Experience working with initiatives that drive strategic change and competitive advantage in supply chain operations.

• Value Chain Analysis Skills: Exposure to value chain analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.

• Familiar with Kinaxis Maestro or O9 or SAP IBP or i2 FP would be plus.
