Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for Application Integration within IBM's Automation Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Application Integration products. This role involves delivering expert consulting services to help clients achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Client Services: Provide world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, and other related products.

• Implement Solutions: Apply knowledge of Application Integration products to deliver solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes.

• Support Client Adoption: Assist clients in adopting and using Application Integration products, ensuring they get the most value from their investment.

• Analyze Client Environments: Examine client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver services that meet their needs.

• Exposure to Application Integration products: Familiarity with products such as API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.

• Experience working with client services delivery: Knowledge of delivering expert consulting services to help clients achieve their business objectives, including optimizing configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Application Integration products.

• Understanding of solution implementation: Ability to apply knowledge of Application Integration products to deliver solutions that meet client needs and improve their business outcomes.

• Familiarity with client environment analysis: Exposure to examining client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.

• Experience with collaborative client relationships: Ability to work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver services that meet their needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional Application Integration Products: Exposure to other related products such as webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.

• Advanced Client Environment Analysis: Experience examining complex client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.

• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific Application Integration products, such as Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights.
