As a Customer Success Manager for Automation Platform - App Dev & Integration, you will drive use cases, deployment, and value realization for IBM's Application Development and Integration products. This role involves supporting adoption and motivating client usage, leading to upsell opportunities and renewal conversations for various products within the Automation Platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Support Client Adoption: Deliver support to clients in adopting and utilizing Application Development and Integration products, ensuring successful deployment and value realization. • Drive Use Cases: Identify and drive use cases for clients, highlighting the benefits and value of IBM's Automation Platform products, including Cloud Pak for Applications, DevOps, and API Connect.
• Motivate Client Usage: Encourage and motivate clients to use IBM's Application Development and Integration products, leading to increased adoption and potential upsell opportunities.
• Lead Renewal Conversations: Engage in renewal conversations with clients, discussing the value realized from IBM's Automation Platform products and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
• Foster Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell opportunities with clients, leveraging the value and benefits of IBM's Application Development and Integration products.
• Exposure to Application Development: Familiarity with application development concepts, technologies, and best practices, including experience working with related products such as Cloud Pak for Applications and DevOps.
• Experience with Integration Products: Knowledge of integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, and MQ, with an understanding of their capabilities and use cases.
• Understanding of Cloud-Native Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and platforms, including Cloud Native Gateway and Cloud Pak for Integration.
• Exposure to Data Exchange and Management: Basic understanding of data exchange and management concepts, including experience working with products such as webMethods Data Exchange and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management: Basic understanding of IT service management principles and practices, including experience working with related products such as Enterprise Application Service for Java and WebSphere Application Server.
• Familiarity with Hybrid IPaaS: Exposure to hybrid integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) concepts and technologies, including knowledge of related products and their capabilities.
• Knowledge of Financial Transactions: Understanding of financial transactions and payments concepts, including experience working with related products such as Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights.
• Experience with Event Automation: Familiarity with event automation concepts and technologies, including knowledge of related products and their capabilities.
