As a Product Sales SME for Automation Platform - Asset Lifecycle Management, you will utilize your deep knowledge and experience with IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products to drive sales efforts.
Your expertise will cover a range of products, including Environmental Intelligence, Envizi, Maximo, Sterling Order Management System, and TRIRIGA.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Deliver Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products to support sales initiatives, leveraging your experience with these solutions to address client needs and drive business growth.
• Support Solution Delivery: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, applying your understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and features of IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products, ensuring your expertise remains current and relevant to client needs.
• Facilitate Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance on how IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products can help address their asset management needs.
• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication around Asset Lifecycle Management product offerings.
• Exposure to Asset Lifecycle Management products: Familiarity with IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products, including Environmental Intelligence, Envizi, Maximo is essential for this role.
• Experience working with sales initiatives: Proven ability to leverage product expertise to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
• Understanding of solution delivery: Knowledge of how to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
• Familiarity with product updates: Ability to stay current with the latest developments and features of IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products.
• Exposure to client engagement: Experience engaging with clients to understand their challenges and providing guidance on how IBM's Asset Lifecycle Management products can help address their asset management needs.
• Additional IBM Product Knowledge: Exposure to other IBM products and solutions related to Asset Lifecycle Management is beneficial for identifying opportunities for integration and expanding sales efforts.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industries that heavily rely on Asset Lifecycle Management products, such as manufacturing, energy, or transportation, can be advantageous in understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.
• Technical Implementation Expertise: Experience with implementing or supporting the implementation of Asset Lifecycle Management products can be valuable in providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to clients.
