In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, you will operate in the enterprise software and performance management domain, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring the EPM solutions are tailored effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Implement and Configure EPM Cloud: Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, account reconciliation, tax reporting, and financial reporting.
Lead Client Discussions: Lead discussions with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring the EPM solutions are tailored effectively.
Integrate EPM Cloud with Enterprise Systems: Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with existing enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM and CRM platforms, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
Conduct Thorough Testing: Conduct thorough testing of EPM applications to ensure functionality, performance, and data accuracy, as well as troubleshoot and resolve system integration or performance issues.
Leverage AI and Machine Learning: Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities offered by Oracle EPM Cloud to drive greater insights and efficiency across financial processes.

Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud: Experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud suite, including implementation, configuration, and optimization to enhance key financial processes.
Enterprise System Integration: Exposure to integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with existing enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM and CRM platforms.
EPM Application Testing: Experience with thorough testing of EPM applications to ensure functionality, performance, and data accuracy.
Troubleshooting and Resolution: Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving system integration or performance issues in EPM applications.
AI and Machine Learning Familiarity: Familiarity with AI and machine learning capabilities offered by Oracle EPM Cloud to drive greater insights and efficiency across financial processes.
