A Brand Technical Sales Specialist (BTSS) is Techno-commercial role within IBM's Ecosystem that focuses on achieving brand revenue for assigned Territory, increasing Partner engagement, and contributing to strategic Ecosystem growth.
You'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. We're committed to success. In this role, your achievements will drive your career, team, and clients to thrive. A typical day may involve:
· Client Management & Value Communication: Managing clients and effectively communicating IBM's value, Showcasing IBM PoV’s
· Engagement with Partners: Work closely with partners and drive pipeline/revenue growth.
· Decision Maker Engagement: Identifying decision makers, qualifying opportunities, and establishing partnerships.
· Sales Process Leadership: Overseeing the complete sales process, with a focus on new business.
· Collaborative Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborating with the broader IBM sales ecosystem to develop campaigns and boost pipeline growth.
Should have exposure to IBMs ALM range of products. Should be able to do Technical presentations / PoV’s to client.
Should have exposure of Sales Productivity and prospecting / management tools.
Role would require coverage of Territory to successfully engage with Ecosystem Partners and clients to identify, progress and win IBM Technology sales opportunities in Northern and Western India Region
Demonstrate how IBM Technology addresses Client, Market, and Industry trends are relevant to the partner, looking for ways to increase cross-sell opportunities for the partner.
Should adept at learning newer technologies and apply it to customers in the territory of responsibility assigned.
Should be able to independently provide Product Demo's, walkthroughs, run sales forecasts, run campaigns for products and also search for opportunities in the assigned territory.
Demonstrate how IBM Technology addresses Client, Market, and Industry trends are relevant to the partner, looking for ways to increase cross-sell opportunities for the partner
Ability to showcase value to customers from IBM ALM portfolio.
Any implementation/seller level. Exposure to IBM ALM product range is expected
