In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP Solution Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager solutions for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Solution Manager projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure SAP Solution Manager solutions, and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Client Engagement: Perform client-facing lead role, guiding clients through the implementation process and providing expert consulting services to ensure successful project delivery.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and Focused Run solutions, collaborating with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP ALM products.
Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base, staying up-to-date with the latest SAP ALM products and best practices.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure a smooth transition to SAP Solution Manager solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise

Deep Expertise in SAP Solution Manager: Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager solutions, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Experience with Cloud ALM and Focused Run: Hands-on experience working with Cloud ALM and Focused Run, including designing and implementing solutions that meet client requirements.
Technical Documentation and Knowledge Management: Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases, with a focus on SAP ALM products and best practices.
Client-Facing Consulting Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing lead role, providing expert consulting services and guiding clients through the implementation process.
SAP ALM Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SAP ALM products, including the latest developments and best practices, with the ability to provide expert guidance to clients.

Preferred technical and professional experience

•SAP ALM Product Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP ALM products, including Cloud ALM and Focused Run, with the ability to provide expert guidance on their capabilities and limitations.
Technical Documentation Skills: Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases, with a focus on SAP ALM products and best practices.
Client-Facing Consulting Expertise: Proven ability to provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring successful project delivery.
