As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based platforms, working closely with leads, architects and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure. You will own CI/CD pipelines, drive infrastructure automation, and lead platform reliability initiatives, while applying and advancing cloud, security, and DevSecOps best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design, build, and operate secure on-premise platforms on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using SPS or Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Tekton
• Build and manage Kubernetes Operators and automation frameworks
• Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform
• Develop platform tooling and integrations using Go (Golang).
• Manage Helm charts and deployment lifecycle across environments.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and compliance controls.
• Design and operate cryptographic and key management systems ( HSM, PKI, TLS).
• Automate certificate lifecycle management and encryption policies.
• Support hybrid cloud, air-gapped, and regulated deployments
• Implement monitoring, logging, and reliability engineering solutions
• Collaborate with security, product, and engineering teams on platform strategy
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and platform optimization initiatives
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
• Strong expertise in CI/CD and release automation
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift (Cloud and On-Prem)
• Advanced automation skills using Ansible and IaC tools
• Proficiency in Python or Go (Golang)
• Strong knowledge of Helm, Docker, and container platforms
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and network security best practices
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic systems and key management
• Experience developing Golang-based Kubernetes Operators for product microservices.
• Exposure to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and hybrid crypto models.
• Experience with IBM / AWS /Azure/GCP and enterprise product deployments.
• Experience with SaaS deployment and multi-tenant platforms
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python or Go)
