In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM IBP, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) based Supply Chain Planning solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP IBP will enable you to help clients optimize their supply chain operations, improve Supply chain planning, and increase business agility. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to meet clients' business requirements, utilizing your knowledge of SAP IBP capabilities to optimize supply chain operations and improve planning. • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP IBP. • Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Apply your expertise in SAP IBP to deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions that address their supply chain challenges and improve business agility. • Configure SAP IBP: Configure SAP IBP systems to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery. • Implement Methodologies: Implement methodologies and best practices to ensure successful solution delivery and optimal system performance.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to SAP IBP: Experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and its capabilities to design and implement supply chain planning solutions. • Supply Chain Planning Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain operations and planning principles to optimize business processes and improve agility. • Solution Design and Implementation: Experience with designing and implementing solutions using SAP IBP to meet business requirements and improve supply chain operations. • Configuration and Integration: Exposure to configuring SAP IBP systems to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery. • Best Practices Implementation: Familiarity with implementing methodologies and best practices to ensure successful solution delivery and optimal system performance.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced SAP IBP Knowledge: Exposure to advanced SAP IBP capabilities, including analytics and simulation, to further enhance supply chain planning and optimization. • Industry-Specific Solutions: Experience with designing and implementing industry-specific SAP IBP solutions, such as retail or manufacturing, to address unique business challenges. • Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based SAP IBP solutions, including deployment and integration, to provide scalable and flexible supply chain planning solutions.
