Your role and responsibilities

As an Account Technical Leader Manager for the IBM Technology Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing Account Technical Leaders in selling the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, encompassing both IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the sales of a broad range of products across multiple platforms, including Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud, as well as Infrastructure products such as Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the IBM Technology Portfolio, leveraging deep expertise in IBM Software and Infrastructure products to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. • Manage Account Technical Leaders: Oversee and guide Account Technical Leaders in their sales efforts, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the IBM Technology Portfolio. • Drive Solution Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives, utilizing IBM's four Software Platforms and Infrastructure product portfolios. • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. • Optimize Sales Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results and drive business growth.

• Deep Expertise in IBM Technology Portfolio: Proven ability to manage and sell the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, encompassing IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, including Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud platforms, as well as Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW Infrastructure products.

• Experience with Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across a broad range of products and platforms.

• Technical Leadership: Experience in leading and guiding technical sales teams, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure effective sales of complex technology products.

• Solution Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions utilizing IBM's Software Platforms and Infrastructure product portfolios.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Deep IBM Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM Infrastructure products, including Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW, to effectively manage and sell the entire IBM Technology Portfolio.

• Advanced Sales Strategy Understanding: Exposure to developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across a broad range of products and platforms, including Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, and Hybrid Cloud.

• Complex Solution Delivery: Experience with collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions utilizing IBM's Software Platforms and Infrastructure product portfolios.
