In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Fullstack Developer unterstützt du die Entwicklung moderner Anwendungen und lernst Schritt für Schritt, Verantwortung im Projektalltag zu übernehmen. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Entwickler:innen in einem agilen Umfeld zusammen, setzt auf Clean Code und hast die Chance, neue Technologien sowie Best Practices im Full‑Stack‑Bereich kennenzulernen.

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen (Java, Angular)
Anwendung von Clean‑Code‑Prinzipien und grundlegenden Design Patterns
Mitarbeit im Scrum‑Team und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
Mitwirkung an Code‑Reviews, Testing und Qualitätsverbesserungen
Einarbeitung in DevOps‑Prozesse, CI/CD‑Pipelines und moderne Toolchains
Offenheit für neue Technologien sowie Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterentwicklung
Knowledge‑Sharing, Pair Programming und enger Austausch mit Senior‑Teammitgliedern
Unterstützung bei Analyse, Fehlersuche und Bugfixing im Frontend und Backend
Mitarbeit an der Dokumentation technischer Komponenten und Lösungen

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise

Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
Ca. 5–6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Java, JEE, Spring und JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular oder React
Sichere Kenntnisse in HTML5, CSS3, REST‑APIs, SOA‑Services sowie API‑Management (APIGEE, API Connect)
Fundiertes Know‑how in NoSQL‑ und relationalen Datenbanken
Praxiserfahrung mit DevOps‑Methoden, CI/CD‑Pipelines und Automatisierung
Solide Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure und hybriden Cloud‑Umgebungen
Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu analysieren und effizient umzusetzen
