In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Du prägst die Architektur zukunftsweisender Android- und Multiplattform-Apps mit Kotlin Multiplatform und Jetpack Compose – immer am Puls der aktuellsten Technologien und Best Practices
Du führst und entwickelst das Android- & Mobile-Entwicklungsteam weiter: durch inspirierende Code-Reviews, kluge Architekturentscheidungen, konsequenten Wissenstransfer und echte Mentoring-Kultur
Du baust hochsichere, blitzschnelle native Android-Applikationen mit modernster Backend-Kommunikation (mTLS, OpenID Connect, AES-256, Zero-Trust-Security auf höchstem Niveau)
Security by Design ist für dich Ehrensache – du begleitest Penetrationstests und erfüllst souverän die strengen regulatorischen Anforderungen des deutschen Gesundheitswesens (GDPR, gematik, Telematikinfrastruktur)
Du nutzt deine Kotlin Multiplatform-Expertise, um elegante, wartbare Shared SDKs und Business-Logik zu schaffen, die Android und iOS gleichermaßen effizient und konsistent bedient
Du verankerst Clean Architecture, S.O.L.I.D., Domain-Driven Design und höchste Code-Qualität als gelebte Team-DNA – Qualität ist bei dir kein Nice-to-have, sondern Standard
Du steuerst CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitHub Actions (und ggf. weiteren Tools) selbstbewusst und automatisierst Releases so, dass Deployments entspannt und zuverlässig laufen
Du übersetzt komplexe fachliche Anforderungen aus dem Gesundheitswesen (Krankenkassen, gematik, KIM, ePA & Co.) in technisch brillante, intuitiv bedienbare und vor allem sichere Mobile-Lösungen, die echten Mehrwert für Millionen Nutzer:innen schaffen

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Mehrjährige Senior Android Developer-Erfahrung mit Teamlead- oder Mentoring-Verantwortung
Sehr starke Kenntnisse in Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose und dem aktuellen Android-Ökosystem
Praktische Erfahrung mit shared SDKs für Android + iOS (plattformgetreue Logik teilen)
Tiefes Know-how in Clean Architecture, S.O.L.I.D., Secure Coding und Security by Design
Souveräner Umgang mit OWASP, Penetrationstests und sicheren Protokollen (mTLS, Zero-Trust etc.)
Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheits-IT-Bereich (GDPR, gematik, TI & Co.)
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2) – klar und professionell in Wort & Schrift
Echte Begeisterung dafür, Kolleg:innen zu coachen und Teams technisch & persönlich voranzutreiben

Preferred technical and professional experience

Solides Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems, insbesondere der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (GKV) und ihrer Strukturen
Praktische Erfahrung mit gematik-Standards und TI-Anwendungen: TI 2.0, ePA (elektronische Patientenakte), eRezept, Interoperabilität sowie strenge Sicherheits- und Zulassungsvorgaben
Fundiertes Know-how zu GDPR und den spezifischen deutschen Datenschutzregelungen im Healthcare-Bereich (Datenschutz im Gesundheitswesen, sensible Gesundheitsdaten)
