The ideal candidate brings deep experience in life insurance or banking core systems, middleware (ESB/ETL), and hybrid cloud architectures, with proven leadership in managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional delivery at scale.

Define and execute digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term enterprise architecture.
Oversee delivery of life insurance or banking digital platforms, including online insurance, digital onboarding, and customer-facing financial services.
Ensure systems comply with financial regulatory standards (e.g., FSC or equivalent regulators), including operational resilience, data protection, and zero-tolerance security controls.
Partner with business leaders to transform core systems into profit engines that improve underwriting efficiency, conversion rates, and channel productivity.
Establish enterprise-level architecture standards, covering middleware, data integration, DevOps, and security controls (ISO 27001 or equivalent).
Guide adoption of Agile, DevOps, RPA, and automation practices, transitioning organizations from traditional waterfall delivery models.
Provide architectural oversight to ensure consistency, performance, and risk control across multiple delivery teams and vendors.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, CIO/CTO, and Board-level stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into strategic options, risk assessments, and ROI-driven decisions.
Lead and scale cross-functional teams of 30–40+ members, including IT, product, data, and external vendors.
Collaborate with top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey or equivalent) on transformation strategy, operating model design, and change management.
Serve as the primary interface between internal business teams and major technology vendors (e.g., system integrators, platform providers).
Manage large transformation budgets, delivery milestones, and vendor performance to minimize delivery risk and maximize business outcomes.
Eliminate communication silos between legacy IT teams and modern digital/product squads.
15+ years of experience in financial services IT, with strong exposure to life insurance and/or banking core systems.
Proven track record leading large-scale core system transformation or modernization programs.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs under strict regulatory environments.
Strong understanding of legacy platforms (e.g., mainframe, COBOL-based systems) and modern architectures (hybrid cloud, microservices).
Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, RPA, and digital product development.
Familiarity with financial-grade security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, PII protection, audit readiness).
Exceptional ability to communicate with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational change management skills, including navigating resistance and cross-departmental politics.
Experience building, mentoring, and sustaining high-performing digital and engineering teams.
Experience working closely with top-tier consulting firms on transformation initiatives.
