Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated early‑career professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) Global Delivery Network (GDN)organization as a TA Project Specialist. This role is designed for an individual who is eager to apply analytical thinking, project execution skills, and a passion for improving business processes.

In this role, you will drive special projects that enhance the effectiveness, speed, and productivity of our TA GDN operations, with a strong focus on delivering high‑volume, early‑professional hiring projects during peak seasons. Working across multiple project streams, you will help streamline processes, optimize resource planning, and support the implementation of transformational initiatives that improve recruiting delivery outcomes.

Your role and responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution
  • Support and lead special projects that improve TA GDN operational efficiency and delivery excellence.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate across cross‑functional teams, including recruiting, operations, sourcing, and HR stakeholders.
Peak‑Season ELH Hiring Support
  • Drive readiness and delivery planning for early‑career hiring during high‑volume seasons.
  • Analyze hiring targets, funnel data, and resource needs to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to identify challenges and implement rapid‑response solutions.
Process Optimization & Business Transformation
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support implementation of new tools, automation, or standardized processes.
  • Participate in change‑management activities and stakeholder communications.
Workforce Resource Planning
  • Support capacity modeling and forecasting to properly allocate TA resources.
  • Track productivity metrics to ensure smooth delivery of hiring during the season
  • Assist with designing frameworks for ongoing resource planning.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Presentations
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret TA performance and hiring data.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and insights for leaders and project teams.
  • Create polished presentations that summarize project updates, impact assessments, and recommendations.
Talent Acquisition Knowledge Development
  • Develop foundational understanding of full-cycle recruiting, volume hiring operations, and TA systems.
  • Apply TA best practices when designing or optimizing project deliverables.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or business project management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Foundational knowledge or exposure to project management principles, process optimization, workforce planning or capacity modeling, and business transformation concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • Ability to create clear, compelling presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience (internships, campus projects, or early roles) supporting HR, TA, or operations.
  • Exposure to Workday, Avature, SAP SuccessFactors, or other TA systems.
  • Prior project management coursework or certification

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
