In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN CO, you will implement and configure SAP HANA FIN CO solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN CO solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations, with a focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions. • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs. • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP HANA FIN CO Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP HANA FIN CO solutions, including configuration and implementation. • Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs, utilizing business and industry knowledge. • Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in leveraging techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. • Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP HANA FIN CO solutions to meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Project Delivery Expertise: Experience in ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals, utilizing business and industry knowledge.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Experience with leveraging business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations. • Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in utilizing techno-functional solution expertise to design and configure SAP HANA FIN CO solutions that meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Strategic Solution Development: Experience with developing and implementing solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations.
