Join IBM—a global tech company where cloud, AI, automation, and integration meet real-world impact. We’re hiring a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist (Integration) in Poland (covering also Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia) to help customers design and deliver modern enterprise integration solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of tech + business: you’ll help shape architectures, run demos, translate complex requirements into working designs, and support deals with credibility and clarity. You’ll work with a strong technical community and learn fast—supported by structured enablement, mentors, and hands-on exposure to enterprise customers.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll:

  • Position and demo IBM’s Integration portfolio, including solutions based on IBM and webMethods technologies
  • Partner with customers and business partners to shape technical strategy, guide solution design, and validate use cases
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor—connecting product capabilities with real architectures and delivery practices
  • Build reusable assets such as demos, reference architectures, and accelerators that help teams move faster
  • Strengthen the partner ecosystem by improving technical readiness to position, demonstrate, and deploy solutions at scale
  • Keep leveling up through learning, certifications, internal communities, and real customer challenges

We’re open to people at different career stages. Experience helps, but curiosity, ownership, and a builder mindset matter just as much.

You’ll do well here if you have:

  • Interest in software development and/or integration
  • Comfort with technical problem-solving across areas like cloud, data, automation, Unix/Linux, AI
  • Ability to read and explain code (you don’t need to be a full-time developer, but you should be code-literate)
  • Good communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex topics clearly
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Nice to have (not required):
  • Experience with message brokers, queue managers, MFT, B2B integration
  • Familiarity with IBM Integration and/or webMethods Integration
  • DevOps basics: CI/CD, Git workflows, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code
Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional Application Integration Product Knowledge: Exposure to other Application Integration products beyond those listed, such as webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, and webMethods Integration, can be beneficial in this role.

• Advanced Solution Architecture Expertise: Experience working with complex solution architectures and designing solutions that integrate multiple Application Integration products can be advantageous.

• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific use cases and requirements for Application Integration products can be helpful in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
