In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM IBP, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) based Supply Chain Planning solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP IBP will enable you to help clients optimize their supply chain operations, improve Supply chain planning, and increase business agility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to meet clients' business requirements, utilizing your knowledge of SAP IBP capabilities to optimize supply chain operations and improve planning.
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP IBP.
Deliver Supply Chain Planning Solutions: Apply your expertise in SAP IBP to deliver supply chain planning solutions that enhance business agility and improve overall supply chain performance.
Configure SAP IBP Capabilities: Configure SAP IBP capabilities to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery.

Required technical and professional expertise

Exposure to SAP IBP: Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities, including designing, implementing, and configuring IBP-based Supply Chain Planning solutions.
Experience working with Supply Chain Planning: Understanding of supply chain operations and planning principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to optimize supply chain performance using SAP IBP.
Implementation expertise: Experience implementing SAP IBP solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on delivering effective and integrated solutions.
Configuration skills: Knowledge of configuring SAP IBP capabilities to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery.
Solution design: Exposure to designing tailored solutions using SAP IBP, with an understanding of how to apply IBP capabilities to meet business needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Advanced SAP IBP knowledge: Exposure to advanced SAP IBP capabilities, including data integration, analytics, and simulation, to further enhance supply chain planning solutions.
Supply Chain Analytics: Experience working with supply chain analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business insights and optimization using SAP IBP.
Industry-specific knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and trends, with the ability to apply SAP IBP solutions to address these challenges.
