Your role and responsibilities

■生成AI・AIエージェントの最新技術を活用して、お客様のビジネス戦略・業務・組織・ITを横断して変革を推進するポジションです。現状分析から戦略策定、本番実装、全社展開までを一気通貫で推進します。PMとしてデリバリーチームをリードし、社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら成果創出までやり切ります。

【ミッション】
■単なるAI導入ではなく、ビジネス戦略を描き、その実現手段としてAIを組み込むこと、実現化までリードします。

【具体的な仕事内容】
・業務分析・戦略策定
・ビジネス目標の策定と実現化ロードマップの策定
・業務可視化・分析、AI・BPRユースケース策定、効果算定、優先順位付け
・AIエージェントPoC〜本番〜全社展開の推進
・AIエージェント要求整理・設計開発・精度検証のリード
・本番実装と全社展開の推進・管理
・PM/リーダー業務
・PMとしての顧客提案リード・案件創出
・プロジェクト進捗管理・品質管理
・ステークホルダー・メンバー管理、ベンダー調整

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise

<いずれも必須>
・5年以上のプロジェクトマネージャー・チームリーダーの経験
・アジャイルでのプロダクト開発や管理への関与経験

Preferred technical and professional experience

・AI・データ利活用・業務自動化やBPRの推進経験
・BPR／業務変革コンサルテーション経験
・Python等を用いた分析／プログラム開発経験
・スクラムマスター経験
