Your role and responsibilities

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Comprador/a Estratégico/a (Strategic Buyer) con experiencia en el sector farmacéutico, orientado/a a resultados y con capacidad para liderar procesos de abastecimiento de forma analítica, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de categoría.

  • Liderar proyectos de abastecimiento y negociación con proveedores estratégicos.

  • Analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ahorro.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas del sector farmacéutico.

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar procesos de compras y garantizar la continuidad del suministro.

Technical Diploma
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

  • Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Supply Chain o afines;

  • Experiencia en compras estratégicas dentro del sector farmacéutico o salud. Idealmente em HPC (Home and Personal Care);

  • Conocimiento en Category Management, gestión de contratos y análisis de gasto;

  • Manejo de herramientas ERP y dominio de Excel;

  • Habilidades de negociación, análisis y gestión de proveedores;

  • Dominio avanzado/fluido del idioma portugués;
