Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation within P2P area, you will help clients develop strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages. You will identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to deliver comprehensive transformation recommendations within P2P area.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation recommendations within P2P area
  • Help clients optimize end-to-end P2P process, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Support financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization, balanced scorecard design, and executive dashboard development.
  • Identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to inform transformation recommendations
  • Drive end to end process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives
  • Support implementation and integration of technologies (e.g., workflow tools, query ticketing systems, different ERPs, Gen Ai)
  • Execute process blueprinting, maturity assessments, solutioning new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead or actively contribute to process changes and migrations (e.g., SSC/BPO transitions)

The role focuses on process efficiency improvements, ability to implement changes and closely cooperate with client’s stakeholders and well as BPO delivery teams. It provides deep exposure to P2P operations, leading technologies, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Required technical and professional expertise

The role requires extensive experience in complex, international environments and strong stakeholder management capabilities:

  • Finance Transformation Expertise
  • Experience in identifying improvements and assessing client performance gaps to inform transformation recommendations
  • Experience in supporting financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization and balanced scorecard design
  • Experience in developing comprehensive transformation recommendations within P2P area
  • Strong end to end P2P expertise (minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Finance/BPO), solid F&A understanding and transformation experience
  • Implementation and execution of process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and project leadership skills, ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent client facing and presentation skills
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Self-management, very good organization and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree, fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Expertise in P2P modules of ERP and workflow systems
  • Good understanding of Procurement process is a must
  • Advantage: knowledge of VIM, SAP, Concur and Ariba
  • Ability to travel (up to 75%)
Preferred technical and professional experience

• EPM Package Evaluation: Experience with evaluating, selecting, and designing Enterprise Performance Management packages for planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies, including identifying client needs and assessing package functionality. • Financial KPI Rationalization: Experience in rationalizing financial and non-financial KPIs, designing balanced scorecards, and developing executive dashboards to enhance financial business intelligence and analytics. • Chart of Accounts Design: Experience designing and configuring charts of accounts to optimize financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes, and improve financial data management and analysis.
