In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an MS Dynamics 365 CRM AMS Senior Developer with deep expertise in designing, enhancing, and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions in an Application Management Services (AMS) context. You will work on a wide range of CRM functional areas including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing, while also driving integrations, automation, and platform optimizations.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can take ownership, understand business needs, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and work both independently and collaboratively within agile teams.

As an MS Dynamics 365 CRM AMS Senior Developer you will:

  • Design, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
  • Develop and maintain applications using Power Platform: Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and PCF components
  • Implement high-quality customizations using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Dynamics CRM SDK, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and Web APIs
  • Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
  • Develop and support Azure-based components, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Cosmos DB, Web Services, and Key Vault
  • Build and maintain real-time or near real-time integrations with Dynamics CRM
  • Work with DevOps pipelines, source control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD automation
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex functional and technical issues
  • Collaborate within an agile delivery team (Scrum/Kanban) to clarify requirements, refine user stories, and deliver incremental value
  • Contribute to AMS activities such as issue resolution, enhancements, performance improvements, and platform optimizations.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Strong experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing).
  • Expertise with Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, PCF).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework & .NET Core, Dynamics CRM SDK, and Web API.
  • Experience building and running unit tests.
  • Strong background with Azure services: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, Web Services, Key Vault.
  • Hands-on experience implementing two or more real-time or near real-time integrations.
  • Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience working in an agile development environment.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with SSIS for data migrations or ETL pipelines.
  • Exposure to Dynamics CRM performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with ALM practices for Power Platform.
  • Azure DevOps pipeline automation with YAML.
